Opened in September 2015, Saigon restaurant & lounge bar in the Sishane district of Beyoglu Istanbul, is located on the top floor of the historical Nejat Eczacıbaşı Building overlooking the Golden Horn.
The menu created by Peruvian based Executive Chef “Luis Arevalo” and his culinary team offers a twist on seasonally inspired Asian & Mediterranean Cuisine, using secret recipes and marinating techniques that add a unique flavor to favorites such as Tempura, Sushi & Sashimi, as well as dishes with a lighter healthier fare and is complimented by a selection of local and international wines and cocktails.
Saigon’s interior designed and created by “Emir Uras of ”Urastudio” has a warm chic and contemporary feel for a relaxed dining experience, and guests are able to enjoy an unrivaled scenic view of the Golden Horn from both the dining terrace & rooftop chill bar, while listening to a selection of Ethnic, Latin, Nu-Jazz, Lounge & Chillout music.
Saigon’s lounge bar comes alive at 23:00 when the resident DJ takes control playing Indie Dance, Nu Disco, and Deep House sounds.
